Microsoft is set to release its quarterly earnings for the period ending September 30, 2025, on October 29. The update will cover the company’s performance across its core divisions, including the Azure cloud platform and the Copilot productivity suite.

Over the past year, Microsoft has strengthened its position in the technology sector through steady adoption of its Copilot tools and strong demand for Azure services. During the previous quarter, Azure revenue rose 39% year over year — the fastest growth in three years — driven by enterprise demand for cloud infrastructure and AI-related workloads.

The company’s productivity segment, anchored by Microsoft 365, continues to expand its global user base. Large organizations such as Barclays have recently scaled up Copilot usage across tens of thousands of employees, signaling broad enterprise confidence in Microsoft’s integrated software platform.

Investors will closely track the company’s cloud bookings, revenue mix, and guidance for the rest of fiscal 2026. Market analysts expect Azure and Copilot to remain the key growth drivers as businesses increase investment in digital and AI-powered tools.

Microsoft shares have gained about 25% so far in 2025, trading near record levels ahead of the upcoming report. The earnings webcast will take place after U.S. markets close on October 29.
